Due to the high use of plastics in modern cars Autoglass Professionals has found that many of these plastics are of low quality and/or designated "single use". 

Many moldings, cowlings, side trims ,mirror surrounds and camera shields are made from these plastics and as such, Autoglass Professionals cannot guarantee perfect refitting, or even breakage during removal and refit.

As cars become lighter and more energy-efficient, vehicles can no longer rely solely on the frame for structural integrity. The strength partially depends on the windshield. As the glass is now bonded the the car body with automotive adhesives, it is crucial that required proceedures be applied properly during installation.
